What a nightmare! I had an item missing from the truck and they told me it wasn't loaded when I personally handed it to them. They chipped both of my nightstands, dropped my 65" Sony TV and it's damaged, and put furniture together wrong. On top of that, I was overcharged $261 than what was shown on the contract. By the way, I never received a copy of until it was emailed to me. When I addressed this with Tia numerous times, she acted like she had no clue who I was.
We are truly sorry for the frustration, disappointment, and inconvenience you experienced during and after your move. This is not the level of service or communication we want any customer to receive. We sincerely apologize that the process left you feeling ignored and dissatisfied.
as a disabled veteran I would not recommend this company solely due to the Customer Service Department/dispatch. Brian's attitude was horrible and extremely rude. Similar to a scam agency located in another country and I was treated as a target. Not only was there a language barrier the representative was very unclear never gave a total fee but acted as if the hourly fee was the set total. Quoting $150 but the real price was $500.

We hired JFK Moving to move two pianos in one day for us. They did an excellent job. Brian at Dispatching was diligent is advising us about the arrival time, and he repeatedly kept us updated. The two movers -- Bob and Ookram were amazing guys. They were professional, quick, and so friendly. It was obvious that these three men knew their jobs very well! We were so happy to get this company and would use them again, if need be. Thank you!

I Was in a last minute Move and JFK moving Take real good Care of me, worked with my Budget and Helped with what i only needed,(Unloading into storage unit) But if i ever had to do. Big complete move i will be using JFK Moving! Oscar, Uktam, Kamron helped me with my Move and When i say these guys got to it… i was surprised how fast nd efficient they worked, I paid for 4 Hours and they got my Whole 3 Bedroom house unloaded from The trailer i had my home in. And Played real good Tetris in the units i needed them in!

Absolutely 5 Stars for this great crew that moved my 3 bedroom 2 bath house! Plus patio furniture and a packed garage full of stuff! They worked as a team and placed everything exactly where I needed them in my new house! Including Refrigerator washer and dryer Thanks again to Bob, Uktam, Adam and Xondamir you guys are the best!
