I had a terrible experience with this moving company. During the move, one of the staff members damaged the wall by making a hole and also dented my refrigerator. When I called to report the issue, the owner yelled at me, hung up the phone, and even threatened to blacklist me. I didn't get any compensation. The whole situation was shocking and even frightening — it left me traumatized about using moving companies in the future. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had since moving to the U.S.
Hello.. We do not recall experience you shared.. What specific date were you serviced? Instead of apologizing and compensate for the damage, there is no chance we would have acted the way you have described.
I found out that I had lost so many items after I moved out of the packaging, and when I contacted the owner he just said, "I'll return the tip we got," so I had nothing more to say. ____________ It's been about two years. When I talked about 'lost items' while leaving an additional post, I said, "I've never been contacted." I just let it go because I thought, "It's not you who's wrong, it's the people who are working." But now that you're responding, I think the owner is the same.

Today was our second time to get help from Sech. Great service. So fast and efficient. The owner was so professional. We were scheduled in the afternoon. He kept us updated throughout the day and everything was smooth. Nothing missing or damaged. Highly recommend!!
The moving guys (William and Marquis) were really thorough with wrapping and protecting the furniture. They were careful yet efficient. I was recommend this company by a family member that used them 3x. I see why. I am satisfied and would use them again.

On October14th, it was moving day and it reined so heavily that I was worried and even considered changing the date. But since I had to move that date. I decided to proceed with to move. Ken and Jerry came over, packed everything meticulously to protect it from the rain, and worked professionally from start to finish without even taking a short break. They did on amazing Job, I am truly grateful.
