**UPDATE** 1) the owner claims to have had a discussion "during the servicing", which is false. Jeremy only had discussion with me after I mentioned my concern via text. Jeremy had already left. He is actually a man of few words in person. Absolutely no discussion. 2) the owner never offered a "full refund". If this is the case, I will gladly accept it. When I mentioned that I was not satisfied and would be getting a second opinion, he replied, with a "thumbs up".

Mr Kwun responded to my website inquiry quickly and professionally. He arrived early to our appointment and tuned my piano excellently, offering recommended future maintenance to keep it in great shape. Jeremy tuned our Kawai upright and did a great job. He was responsive to communication and was right on time. Tuning took about 30-40 minutes and he was diligent with every note. The instrument sounds great and we’ll definitely be using his services going forward!
At 10:00 PM, I accidentally dropped my phone inside my piano and had no idea how I was going to get it out. I found Jeremy on Yelp and decided to give him a call, even though it was late. To my surprise, he answered right away and was incredibly kind and helpful. Jeremy took the time to FaceTime with me and patiently walked me through the process of opening the piano door and safely retrieving my phone.
Jeremy is one of the most talented regulators and Piano technicians I've ever worked with. He took my 30 year old Kawai Piano and got it back in perfect playing condition after a cross country move that damaged the pedals. He is the first individual I've met who can tune, regulate, and voice a piano. Usually an individual can only do one or the other. Jeremy is a top of the line technician. He was extremely professional and I felt very safe with him in my home working on my piano.
