The rating breakdown
1 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for The Moving Company are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Jon and his business, The Moving Company is simply fantastic. We were looking for movers to take us from Southern California to the Bay Area and had come across their yelp page. Obviously they had great reviews, and now I see wy they are reviewed so highly. From the beginning Jon was responsive, easy to work with, flexible and communicative. As soon as I met Jon in person when he did our moving estimate, I knew we would be going with his company.
I called the Moving Company to move ten fairly large items to two separate residences. Each time I called to discuss timing, John answered immediately and was very professional. He was completely flexible about there being multiple drop off locations. After discussing the price, which I felt was reasonable considering the job, I arranged for John and his crew to arrive at 9:00 a.m. to pick up the items. He arrived exactly at 9:00 a.m.
Thank you Jason for your business! It was a pleasure working with you. Take care and God bless!
We had such a great experience with this moving company!!! They were very prompt in responding to my quote inquiry, and they were very responsive throughout the process. They arrived on time, were expeditious, and very friendly. Their prices are very reasonable; the best quote we received compared to about 5 others. We didn’t have broken furniture or issues during the move, but they promised they would help make it right if something happened.
John and his team were very professional. They arrived on time ANS were careful in packing our belongings. T Hey also arrived on time at our destination 500 miles away. The carefully unpacked and delivered a truly great moving experience. John, the owner was on site the entire time. His dedication to providing a top notch moving experience really shows. His team was excellent and moved all of our furniture with care .
