THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN 2 YEARS. STAY AWAY. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I’ve been renting at this Fullerton location for over two years, and today was the day that completely broke my trust and patience. Today was raining, stressful, and everything that could go wrong — went wrong, all because of Nicole and the new girl working this Saturday. These two gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. And that says a lot, because I’ve NEVER had issues here before.

Facilities are clean and up to date. The only reason for only four stars is that the 5 X 10 unit is less than. It's missing about 10 inches of usable space. UPDATE: Changed my rating. Upon moving out, they didn't have anyone working the office (during business hours) so we couldn't get access to a cart and had to remove everything by hand. When I called, the women wasn't very sympathetic when I asked for a rebate on my last bill.

Sorry I don’t trust the employees or storage facilities especially since I’ve found some truth . Rent elsewhere like a family with a garage or warehouse space for rent that’s not run by a corporation. Rent a space from a homeowner or warehouse owner using a rental app you will save so much more in cost and realize storage facilities are not the only option

DON'T RENT HERE!!! I got charged $60 more because I could not move before thet office closed 7/10/16 at 1:30 PM. I needed the entire day and was paying the prorated amount for the 10th. Ann (The Manager) charged me for the entire month when I only needed 6 hours and she could have given me a temp code for the gate. Terrible Manager!
Beware! They will fraudulent charge you without you signing any paperwork, agreeing to a space, or giving you access to the facility. They have unlicensed businesses working out of the storage units (i.e. contractors cutting tile, fixing lawn mowers, etc.) with people coming in and out of the facility that are not renters.
DO NOT rent here. The only reason there are so many high reviews is because they give out free locks in exchange for them. Your unit WILL be broken into. I've had 2 units broken into in the past 2.5 years. The staff is wonderful and very …

First of all, it's been yrs since I had to rent a unit and experience wasn't all that great. But here at Storage Outlet, Barbara made me feel welcomed. I came in hoping to see a unit and she showed me one on the size I was looking for even though she was helping out another customer, mind you she was the only person working. The facility is very clean, well maintained and secured. Cameras everywhere and no foul smell walking in the building to the unit or outside.

Great customer service! I lost the key to my storage unit, and the staff made the entire process simple and stress-free. They were friendly, patient, and very helpful from beginning to end. The facility is also clean, secure, and well maintained. I highly recommend this storage location!
