DO NOT use this moving company or Atlas Van Lines! They are SCAMMERS! This company has zero integrity and does not care about your possessions. The owner is not an honorable businessman and his company's tactics to drive up costs are disgraceful; not to mention the inexperienced team of movers that essentially will come into your home and have no care or regard for your belongings.
While we strive to always meet our customers' standards, we are very sorry your move did not go as expected.
Scheduled the moving day, came out to take pictures and promised an estimate later that day. Phone is disconnected and no response over email. Horrible experience.
I used this company for a local move about ten years ago. After the move, my belongings remained in their storage facility under their control and were not accessed by me during that entire time. Only recently were the items released and delivered to me by another moving company. When the shipment arrived, multiple pieces of furniture and a number of household and decorative items, including silver, brass pieces, and crystal, were missing.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They tore my lawn up and just left it......I emailed them and got a response from Jamie saying, someone from the office would contact me. No one ever did, even after a second email. If they don't care …
Hi Mr. Day, I am deeply sorry to hear you had a negative experience with Kaster Moving. As you know, you were not the actual client that we moved on that day. We have communicated with our client, and to date, we have received no complaint regarding the move.
This company just did a move in my building and left garbage and unused packing and boxes in with our garbage, I’ll never recommend this company

Prompt, neat, careful, efficient and courteous... What more could you ask for in a moving company? The move was quoted and scheduled for 6 hours and the guys arrived right on time and were done in 3. Well done Kaster! I will use this company again.
Let me start by saying my husband and I have moved 6 times within CT, so we know the difference between ok and excellent moving companies. Kaster far exceeded any mover ! I just can.t say enough about the crew of 4 we had. Polite, respectful of home,wrapped everything to the nines!! Handled each item skillfully so as not to drop or damage. Listened explicitly to every direction we gave and followed through to the tee. Adelman was the lead man who guided his crew for the best outcome! Can not say enough!

This is my second time using Kaster and I’m glad I went back! The whole process was seamless; Gideon was able to do a virtual inventory call with me prior to my move and walked me through the charges. When we scheduled, Satchel was super helpful getting us on the schedule. When Chris and his crew came they moved quickly, took care of our items and were very attentive to our requests. Of the other moving companies in the area, I felt comfortable with the professionalism, ease, time and money spent.
From my first call, to the professional service that I received to the actual day of the move were exceptional! I was doing a local move and out state move so my stress level was high.
