Tried in vain to arrange moving a grand piano. They repeatedly promised to return calls, etc. Finally gave up in disgust. Apparently, they are too busy with whole house moves to be response to moving a piano.

In their own words
Kc Movers were very responsive and communicated before showing up on time. The team unloaded a 26ft box truck efficiently and with care. We had several heavy items going upstairs which the team did extremely well. Highly recommend KC moving if you need reliable movers that are friendly and efficient.
Expecting the usual moving issues, but wow, were we impressed! KC Movers were on time, along with plenty of help. In a relatively short period of time we were moved. They were careful with everything and came prepared with many moving blankets. They were polite, cheerful and very reasonable. I recommend them without reservation.
“What a great experience we had with KC Moving Company! Kenny was prompt in returning my call with a price quote. There were no surprises or extra fees. This was a long-distance move, and they were very punctual, keeping us informed of their arrival time every step of the way. Kenny and his staff were so polite and respectful. Because we were packing up items from my husband’s childhood home, this move was emotionally stressful.
If I could give more stars for ratings, I would give 10 stars. I live out of the state and had been searching for movers to move a piano from Decatur, Ms to Hattisburg, MS. I am so thankful in my search, I found K C Moving Express They were so professional and friendly. The piano was moved without harm to it’s new home. Thanks Kenny for your services. You and your team are awesome. The best moving company you can find. You will not be disappointed in using their services.
