In their own words
I used Keenan Transportation on June 6, 2026, for my move in Pennsylvania from a two-bedroom apartment with elevators to another two-bedroom apartment without elevators, located about an hour and a half away. I had a significant amount of furniture and belongings, including two queen bedroom sets, a large sectional sofa, large TVs, barstools, floor mirrors, multiple oversized canvas wall art, floor lamps, a fireplace, and 17 large Home Depot moving boxes.
I first contacted Keenan (Rich) when my mover contacted me at 6:15a, and told me he had forgotten about my move and thought it was "next week." First, I was shocked and then did a quick search for "Same Day" mover. The website reported "Open Now..." at 6:45 a.m.!! I called the number and spoke with Rich (Who answer phones anymore - usually everything goes right to voicemail?) He said he wasn't available on Thurs., but could tackle a "pack and move" on Saturday.
Sheila, this one really made me smile. After the morning you had, I'm just glad you called and that we were able to step in and get things back on track. … More
If I could give Rich and his team 10 stars I would. Between his communication skills to on time reliability to making sure all of our antiques were properly protected from moving from Newtown, PA to Maine. Keenan Transportation was the best moving company that my husband and I have ever used and highly recommend them.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve moved several times over the years, so we’ve worked with our fair share of moving companies—and without a doubt, Keenan Movers was the best moving experience we’ve ever had. Our original movers (All My Sons) canceled on us at the last minute, leaving us in an incredibly stressful situation. Richard Keenan stepped in immediately. On a Sunday evening, he pulled together a crew within just a few hours and quite literally saved our move.
