The rating breakdown
1 of the 36 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Key City Moving & Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 36 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Dubuque
2.4 percentage points lower than the middle of the 13 listings in Dubuque we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
They moved us from TX to IA, and from start to finish they were professional, hardworking and friendly. Dallas and his teams were phenomenal - they took great care not only of what they were moving, but of moving in and out of both houses as well. Highly recommend their services.
Thank you for your review and recommendation, Stephanie. We're glad to hear the crew took good care of you. We'll make sure to share your feedback with Dallas and his team.
Great job! Very professional & polite guys! I would trust this crew with my items & it will be on time & done right! Thank you
We're thrilled to hear you had a great move, Donald! We'll be sure to share your kind words with our team and wish you all the best in your new home.
What a great stop today!! I was looking for several boxes and ended up with so much more. This FAMILY OWNED business is truly a treasure to the community of Peosta IA. They apparently offer moving & packing, storage, and relocation services across the USA. I was so very happy to be given the boxes I needed and the informational about potential storage I will be needed. Thank you for the great customer service!!
Thank you for sharing your experience, Lisa. If we can ever help you again, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If we could give 100 star review, we would. Key City has moved my wife and I twice, and each time the services were completed professionally ,according to agreed upon schedules, and without damage. Relocating is a challenging process, and Key City took care of every detail. Outstanding service with no “surprises.” Carl and Elizabeth Recher
Thanks so much, Carlton, for choosing us again! Repeat customers are especially valued and we're so glad we were able to help you again with your latest move. Thank you for sharing the news about your positive experience and we wish you all the best in your new home!
