Careless and Unresponsive Movers I hired Kilroy Bros to move my parents to a senior living facility in April of 2024. It has taken me some time to write this review because of things discovered after the move and their lack of resolution. While the person I contacted (Stacy) was very friendly upfront and even helped my parents sort through some stuff upfront, things went downhill from there.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! They rushed through getting things out of house. No organization. Broke a whole box of fine China my mother had for 50 years!! She has ONE plate left. Broke 3 bureaus a bed and a small shelf. Waited an extra day because truck was broken. My elderly handicapped mother had to sleep on the floor.!! They came on a snowy rainy day and tracked in mud and wet shoes all over my brand new rugs! Not to mention there are things missing.
My antique hope chest was damaged. One corner was cracked open and a leg was broken off and thrown into the chest. Rubbermaid container was smashed and other items packed in boxes broken. Several items are missing. Several calls and emails to the owner Karl have gone unanswered. Their warehouse is apparently not secure as missing items have not been located. Moving is stressful enough without the added damage and loss. Do not use Kilroy Brothers Moving.
Charged a fortune and rushed thru the job. Failed to properly label anything. Damaged property. Made it impossible to locate pieces necessary to put my bed back together. Packed items disrespectfully with little regard for their safety. Currently waiting on an attempted resolution, will update. AVOID.

I urgently needed 5 floor-to ceiling-cabinets of china and glassware moved from one room to another in my house, which job also included the packing of one large set of antique French china for shipment. Kilroy Brothers sent two men within hours of my call. Within about 3 hours of their arrival the entire job had been completed without any breakage or other damage. The men who did the work were professional, efficient, careful and personable. I highly recommend these men and the company for which they work.
My trio of amazing professionals for truck #50 went above and beyond. First, they arrived exactly on time. Took great care to protect precious items from damage. Their efficiency was impressive. They even helped me pack things into my SUV. …

This is our third time moving with Kilroy Brothers and they never disappoint. From office staff to the movers, everyone was accommodating and professional. And the movers themselves (Tim and crew) were tireless and extremely helpful. They disassembled our bigger pieces of furniture, moved everything with constant energy, and reassembled everything perfectly at our new place. They were proactive and sometimes even got ahead of us.
