In their own words
Scratched the walls in our old home Scratched the walls in our new home Lost two boxes of belongings while moving/storing talked to Ralph he said he was 100% sure what was moved /stored was delivered. Their word against ours. Supervisor showed up during the move for 5 minutes to urge us to tip the movers because they don’t make much???
There was a large discrepancy between the quote given by Ralph and what the company charged. We explained to the collector at the time he presented the bill and he refused to honor what we were told. They charged for one full hour for six …
We're extremely sorry that you had to face such difficulties. Issues in our customer service is not something we are known for. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on providing great service and we'd like to do the same for you.
I'm a neighbor by the house this company (Klatt) was moving.. I advised them they must leave my drive open. Boulder regs do not allow blockage of driveways. This became a squabble throughout the day as we left and returned. They reluctantly moved the truck to allow entry. They refused to park to the side and solve the problem Eventually the workers ignored and were personally confrontational, nasty and threatening. They were VERY unprofessional, USE ANOTHER COMPANY...
Thank you for sharing your experience and concerns regarding the moving process in your neighborhood. Respecting local regulations and maintaining positive interactions with the community are important, and it’s disappointing to hear about your encounter.
I used them before they changed owners and was happy in 2019. That original job was $1900 for packing and loading. This year they quoted $15k then nearly $11k for 6 guys and 3-4 10 hour days to pack and load. When I balked they demanded 100% prepayment up front. I passed. I hired another company at the last minute. The total bill was $2,882 for 3 guys and 3.5 6 hour days plus I bought my own supplies. Buyer beware.
We are extremely sorry to hear about this and sorry to disappoint a customer/client. Please reach out to us at ([phone removed] as we want to hear your concerns and address them in the most suitable way. We look forward to hearing from you.
Never heard of this company before until i had a driving encounter this person the other day. Whoever drives the older white subaru, license plate bhgk23. An older Caucasian male decided to brake check me multiple times (with my kids in the …

In their own words
Klatt moving has been so wonderful. They volunteer their time every year to move Share-a-Gift's storage items to our facility, which helps families in need during the holidays. Klatt has always been dependable and excited to help. The guys were amazing to work with. They were on time, patient and communicative. All around a great company!!
Thanks for your kind words Stephanie, we couldn't be more pleased that you enjoyed the guys, and our service!! As always we look forward to lending a hand next year. Happy Holidays!
I've rarely experienced any company - in any field - in 40 years that so perfectly fulfilled its promises to the consumer as did Klatt Moving, and Ralph Bailey in particular. They take the worry out of moving by giving very thorough estimates, information on how to pack your valuables (or do it for you), accurate timing and complete accessibility.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your positive experience with Klatt Moving. It's wonderful to hear that Ralph Bailey and our team were able to make your move from Boulder to Portland seamless and stress-free. We are … More
Klatt Moving pricing is competitive, movers were reliable and hardworking. All our interactions from Ralph who gave the estimate to the movers (Tim, Ken, Pete, Gustavo, and Henry) were honest and knowledgeable. If we move again, Klatt will be our first contact.
Thanks Colleen for the wonderful review of Klatt Moving. We appreciate you taking time to leave your feedback and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
I used this company over the summer and could not recommend them more. All of their employees were polite, respectful and went above and beyond. Due to their efficiency, the amount I paid was less than what was originally quoted. Thank you!
Thank you for very much for your kind words Patrick!! We aim to provide smooth transitions and seamless relocations.
