Terrible I lost over half of my belongings because of damage to roof of storage and was not compensated or give any reason why my property was damaged. Talked wit the owner several times nothing was done
Jamie, we are very sorry to hear what happened to your belongings. Latch-It purchased this property in May 2022. Since the acquisition, we are in the process of a multi million dollar renovation on this property.
New owners are not at all help full they really dont care about you they dont stay in contact with you or anything cant wait too move out of here dont do bussiness with these people unless you want too lose your items

The best storage facility I've rented from so far! The managers are always responsive and answer my questions promptly. The facility is in a convenient location, is very clean, and the climate-controlled units are well maintained. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their belongings.

We are more than grateful to Latch-It Self Storage for helping our non-profit serve the needs of International Students at Southern Miss! The students arrive with only their clothes and move into totally unfurnished apartments. Our network of churches and campus ministries collect furniture and kitchen things to give to the students at Fall and Spring intake, so having storage space is crucial to our mission, and the wonderful folks at Latch-It are helping us do more than we ever could before!

This place is amazing! I’ve had a unit with them for over a year as I’ve moved into a dorm. I love that they notify you when and why they need to access your unit, and their customer service is perfect! I wish they had a bathroom on site, as I’m often driving there from out-of-state, but I can understand why they don’t. The buildings are kept clean, and I’m almost always the only person in the building when I need to go to my unit which is nice.
