Just FYI they sub contract to another moving business and are the middle man, the company that moved me was a man and two 13yo kids (3 men was described) you pay hourly and they took quite a few smoke breaks and milked the clock. Then at the end hustled for tips making up their own numbers, just paid it to get them out of my driveway. And NOW that I'm finishing unpacking I'm finding obvious broken things that they tried to hide. Not amused and will never hire a "by the hour" company again.
Showed up late, damaged our washer, dryer, glass door, and a few other items. This company contracts out everything, the crew isn't theirs, neither their equipment. They said they would send me an email to make a claim, still waiting. Overall kind of expensive for what you get.
I used league city movers last year. I’ve been write this review for last several months. Their service is absolutely pathetic unfortunately. The packers are amateurs who have zero method to how they pack belongings. The moving day was a nightmare! Basically they outsource to some really amateur guys who seemed clueless. They took long and packed the washing machine amd dryer of my rental condo ( can y believe that?). Luckily my move was local a d i had them return it.
Something very fishy. I called and asked if they (LEAGUE CITY MOVERS) could do a move from Galveston to League City; The woman on the phone did not know what I was talking about and asked me for ZIP Codes. I gave her the zip codes, and she said “we do no serve that area, there is no road at your destination zip code.” I don’t know what she was talking about, League City only has the one zip code and the house is definitely on a road. She seemed like she was trying to get rid of me.
These people do not carry insurance and will not cover damages for your items. I had to send the entire crew home and reschedule my move, completely ruining all of our plans for the day. I wish I could leave a negative star review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I hired League City Movers to relocate locally in the Houston area. They showed up over half an hour late and then damaged my nice leather couch. The movers pinched a wire that controls the power recliner, and denied doing anything wrong. …
These sorry lames, came with my ex and got into my place without my permission or presence and left a door leaning against a wall off the hinge. Real sorry, Non-thorough, and sketchy work.

We needed a short-notice, full-service move for my aged mother. League City Movers accomplished it when needed, sending a very amicable crew who arrived on time and carried it off as smoothly, carefully and professionally as any moving crew I have ever worked with. And I am speaking as someone who has directly observed or employed dozens of movers over several decades.
We were extremely short on money, and I really liked the fact that no hidden fees were involved. Nothing was left to chance, as everything was thoroughly explained before the actual job. The movers were punctual, nice, and very efficient. It took even less time than expected to complete the move. I am overjoyed!
My daughter was moving from a second story apartment to a small house. I hired League City Movers for the move. I must say that the three men who moved us were so kind, and caring. They took excellent care of her furniture. I think they did …
Amazing movers! Don’t waste time figuring out how to take apart or which way to move things. Quick and smooth. These guys are great!!! I will never go with anyone else. Recommend to family and friends for sure.
