Hello Karin, we are sorry to hear of your experience with the LGM call centre located in Ontario-not at this business branch address. However, you were never hung up on and the sales team can only provide an estimate.
The sales call was good but otherwise not a great experience. The move took much longer than it should have despite them sending an extra person. Travel time was about twice what it should have been. They charged an extra $250 for two items they claimed were over 200lb. I asked to see a final invoice once the move was completed but they could only provide a total. They damaged an antique cabinet and left a deep gouge in our new cork flooring.

Best movers I’ve ever seen. No doubt they took their time but everything was safe, secure and they did it very professionally. There were no scratches on my furniture and they even used floor runners on the floor to keep the house tidy.
