Worst experience hiring this moving company. The crew didn't know how to the pack the truck so when it arrived many items were broken (lampshades tossed into the truck). When the truck arrived, the driver moved the truck with the door open as I sat there and watched one of my TVs fall out of the truck. The crew ignored the directions and labels as to where boxes went and took off before the move was complete.

Silvio, Adrian, Ethan, Sergiu, and Andreea can’t thank you enough for your service! I had an outstanding experience with this moving team! All five movers were professional, hardworking, courteous, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They handled my belongings with great care, worked seamlessly together, and made what could have been a stressful move feel easy and well organized.
We hired Lifetime for an out of state move and are glad we did. The service and communication throughout were great. The company accommodated all of our requests and were fully transparent with costs and expectations. Our crew chief, Sumo, was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and effectively managed the crew. During move out, Glen, Huey and Alex worked as a team to efficiently and carefully move our belongings. All four of the team were a pleasure to work with.
I had Lifetime move us from Stow MA to Lynn MA. The team showed up right on time and loaded the truck in a timely fashion. They were very careful navigating furniture to make sure the furniture moved safely and walls were untouched. They wrapped all items appropriately for protection. The unloading was a challenge, I was moving to a third floor and the elevator was not working. They dealt with the situation even being cheerful moving everything up the stairs.
From start to finish, this was one of the best moving experiences I’ve had, and it’s largely thanks to Robbie. He showed up on time, brought incredible energy, and didn’t slow down once - just pure hustle and determination the entire day. What really stood out was his willingness to work with us even when we weren’t fully packed, going well beyond the scope of his responsibilities. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of his customers.
