Kathy at Lighthouse Self Storage was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She made the rental process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service. The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Lighthouse Self Storage, especially if you get to work with Kathy!
The manager on site was very helpful and very easy to talk to. He showed me my storage unit and helped me with the dolly cart.
expected a typical self storage place, basic and kind of depressing but it was honestly fine... clean enough, lights worked, and i found my unit without getting lost. the staff person at the front was helpful, got me sorted with a lock and pointing out where things were. small office but they were nice about it all. only thing is the gate remote is kind of finnicky, had to go back inside because it would not open on the first try a couple times. otherwise no real issues. it does what it needs to do.
Kathy helped me over the phone the day prior to explain in layman’s everything about the availability of the space, what the rate and fees are expected, as well as any additional information that would help my moving in process. She has been a tremendous help, and my interactions with her have been nothing short of pleasant.
