TERRIBLE!!! SO much damage to our furniture, absolutely inexcusable for a “professional” moving company. Our glass tabletops were wedged between furniture, couch and throw pillows tossed in, some furniture wrapped and other pieces not wrapped and all stacked on top of each other. Chips, scratches, gouges to numerous pieces, including a hole in the back of my daughter’s dresser. Also, all bolts and screws to attach the furniture was tossed in random places.
The actual movers were very nice and professional and did a great job considering what they were handed. I called to schedule a walk through twice and was told he would send someone…he never did and so the poor guys had to work with what they had…an all day deal with a medium sized truck and not enough manpower. Considering it’s by the hour that was very poor customer service and think I was charged way more than would have been necessary! Why overwork your workers and over charge your customer!!!
Highly disappointed in the service we received. Worst move I’ve ever experienced- and I’ve moved about 8 times in my life. We hired LionHeart Moving LLC on 9/8/23 to move our house into storage and the men they sent us failed to handle our furniture with care. As you can see in the photos this is just some of the damages my family and I have discovered (we also had a crew supervisor with them to make sure this wouldn’t happen!). Getting our stuff out of storage is going to be like a game of Jenga.

Lionheart Moving is a professional moving company that offers a range of services for both commercial and residential customers. Having recently used their services for a commercial office move, I can confidently say that Lionheart Moving exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Edit: Two years later, I had the please of using Lionheart for the **fifth** time. It was exceptional as always. I requested a home move, but kind of at the last minute. I don't expect help because I planned so poorly. The folks at Lionheart were able to fit me in and they took great care of our stuff. The young men that moved my home were SO incredibly professional, kind, respectful and EXEMPLARY WORKERS. They took zero breaks and handled our stuff with care. Wow, wow, wow, is all I can say about this moving company!!! Additionally, I am using g Lionheart's professional home cleaning as well.
