Worst guys in the business. Used them twice. Over-priced and unprofessional. Showed up two hours late and when we complained, the manager hung up on us. Stay away.

Thomas, It’s unfortunate that you had such a poor experience moving. I can assure you that the feeling was mutual. Several things played into your move. First, it was recommended over the phone to add an additional truck if any more items were going to be added.
Worst experience. Paid over $1000 to move within the same apartment complex, out of a less than 800 sq ft. One dresser was the only heavy item. I would have possibly been ok with this if all my things had been moved. But they weren’t. They estimate and charge per piece/box. They count a 2x3 cotton rug the same as an 8x10 wool rug. They count every box no matter the size.
We try to keep our pricing as open as we can through multiple phone calls and email correspondence. Our reviews are completely real and reflect our customers' true experiences, like yours. It is unfortunate that we will be losing your future business.
Never showed up to move me. Put me and others in bad shape. Wish I could give 0 stars cause that's what they deserve. I called to complain and tolled me, I was never in the computer system. How was that possible? They called me so many times after the first time I called. They called once almost every day for the next week to try and change plans see if I could go later or earlier just for the day to come and little guys didn't even show or call. Poor customer service and management.

I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!! They came out to do a estimate they never emailed the quote at all that they came out to do. we called them back about a week later they told my husband they were not gonna be able to move us like are you not a moving service they could have at least called or emailed us to let us know or something instead of no communication at all very very very unprofessional

Called to get a quote, and started giving me the run around in why they couldn't load certain things into a shipping container for me. You have one job. Moving things and they can't even do that. Guess that's what happens when you ask a little guy.

They were professional, careful with our stuff, hardworking, and genuinely nice guys. They made the move go smoothly.

First time using them, and I highly recommend them! The communication was off the charts — everyone I had contact with was awesome. Yesterday, Ronin and Alex showed up to move my stuff, and I was worried because a storm was coming in. They beat the storm while loading the truck, but unfortunately it started pouring as they were unloading. Even so, all my stuff made it inside safe and dry! Thank you “Little Guys” for making a move stressless!
