I have had a storage unit with Joyce Street Storage since 2017 and have loved my experience until this year. When they needed information to be updated they did not call or email me but claim they mailed something yet I never received anything from them! So beware of getting your unit locked by them if they need something from you as they do NOT actually attempt to contact you to get everything resolved before they lock you out!!

Editing what used to be a five star review: they tell you to leave good reviews for office competitions if you’re wondering why there’s so many good ones, don’t let this place trick you too. As of recently one of their smallest units costs over $100, so since I’ve been here for 6 months “rent” has raised $30. They’re not kind, and now one of the most expensive storage units in Fayetteville! GO ELSEWHERE. Oh and the place is infested with rats.

This is the absolute worst storage company in town. They will steal your money! Price hikes every year even if you have great payment history! They will raise your rental price without notice as well! They are greedy people who do not care for their loyal customers. DO NOT USE THEM!

Stacy Star, we're sorry to hear that you had this impression of our company. Just at our Joyce Blvd location alone we have close to 100 Five-Star reviews. Many of these folks frequently refer to our efforts at providing the most competitive rates in the area with top notch customer service.
They hook you in by offering $1 move in specials. If your short term renter this is great. But if your a long term renter, they increase your rent at least 20% every year. THEY PRICED ME OUT OF THIS FACILITY.

They’ve raised the price on me over 40% in just under a year of being there. Very disappointing. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The online rental process was so easy and quick. The units are clean and the facility is secure. Grant is friendly and very attentive and helpful!
I needed a same day storage unit and superior unit was extremely helpful. I had called at 4:30pm on a Friday and they closed at 5:00pm. I called up and I was able to do everything over the phone. I got my contracts via email. Customer service is open after the location closes so I called customer service to help me with my unit #, gate access code, and app set up which tells you your unit, access code, and payment options.
