I would not recommend these people very rude on the phone told me they needed a list of everything so I got tha,t to them then they came back and said we need it by room now I have to type that out all over again. I don’t have time to waste tell us what you need the first time. I did not cuss at you yes I raised my voice because your worker was very rude you told me you needed An list of stuff to be loaded not by room then you told me by room do it right the first time and this would not happen

They were rough with my boxes — broke a printer. Even worse, they "lost" a box of things that were irreplaceable. When I asked them about it, they said I was their only move that day, so it would have been hard to miss, but they claimed to not have it.

Sounds like a scam to me! I didnt use these guys. They give you a quote pending a particular list of items that you set out and based on a point system = $amount due but can change at drivers/movers discretion. Sounds like a scam to me. They hook you with a low price than after they get your stuff loaded the price goes up considerably, at the movers discretion ... discretion regarding what??? A chair is a chair, a bed is a bed ...

Let's just say I am glad I won't have to move anytime again soon. I was charged nearly $400 for barely 2 hours of work, and after my drivers left we had to move furniture around in the house because the movers just put stuff where they wanted. Nothing was set up, and the absolute bare minimum was done. The interaction with the person who books the moves was unpleasant as well. I don't feel the need to go into anymore negativity because I am in business myself, and don't take pride in bashing a business.
They were so rude about every single thing like they're sick of human behavior. I got my new place and thought i dont bave to be treated rudely like im dirt..so I cancelled their move in. The guy hung up on me without even enquiring at all. That is data to include. That's how rude.
We discontinued the call because of the way you were speaking to us. We will not knowingly send our people into a hostile situation.
If you like them moving your stuff and smelling like alcohol this is the company to go with as well as scratched floors and a few broken items

I have used Little Guys twice for uncrating furniture shipped from the UK and moving things indoors. They're always on time, professional, and super reasonable with their pricing. Highly recommend. Today's crew was Caleb, Ethan, and Jarrell and all were dressed professionally, pleasant, and careful with my furniture.

I was caught in a terrible position where I had to flee my home in a 6 hour time frame. I called and spoke with Ryan and explained my situation. He treated me with dignity, respect and compassion. I've never had an experience in my life before where any business stepped up and helped me the way that they did. They werent focused on generating income they were focused on assisting me so I could get out of a really tough situation. They put me FIRST. And it was all honestly thanks to Ryan.

Bo and Tim helped us moved from Nashville to Norman,OK and this is the second time we worked with Bo. Just like the first time, they were on time, professional, well prepared, and very very patient and kind. It was a pleasure to work with them! I would recommend they to anyone who needs to relocate! We were very pleased with the service. The men that came to move the furniture were polite and careful with the furniture. They notified me they were on their way. They arrived within the given time frame. They handled themselves with professionalism. I would certainly use them again.
