I was in a bind, needed to move and lost the scheduled movers. My big mistake was telling the kind, and patient man on the phone I did not have anything of importance. That was because they wanted to charge me for blankets and packing. I had my own blankets and packing I told the "nice" man. "Ok, maam, we will use them". The 2 men did not use my supplies, they stated that the truck was clean and it would not be nessacery. Well, my white sofa was almost ruined in soil and tears.
We are sorry you had a bad experience with our service. We did everything you asked us to do to work with your budget. Please reach out to our office anytime thanks!
Absolutely horrible broke a lot of our dishes and vases and costed 500$. Very unprofessional just save yourself the money and not use these people
Hi Jeff, all of the items were packed prior to us arriving, we did not pack any boxes at all and none of the boxes were labeled fragile ,we also were told there were 3 different locations that we needed to get items from, and had no issues whatsoever the entire move, until now which is a week…
I used 2 move crew a couple months ago. And found it odd I hadn’t heard back from Dimitri (owner) regarding an antique cookie jar his crew had broken that clearly stated breakable that I specifically had placed on top of a wardrobe out of the movers way. So it specifically wouldn’t get damaged. Dimitri personally told me on the phone that he’d look for these antique items as he stated he’s in the business of buying / selling antiques. He told me to send him pictures of the damage which I did.

This company is rediculous and a joke, I hired them in advance and they had every excuse in the book the day of the move but was able to do another job but not mine which they were hired to do also caught them in lies as well, The only good thing out of this is I kept my money and paid for another company, if I could give zero stars I would don't waste your time with them.

After emailing me about my move and asking me a few questions they never contacted me again and I had to email them and ask them the day before my move what time they where stopping by. I requested a morning time and rented the van for the morning shift and the movers could not guarantee me what time they where stopping by and only told me that they maybe could make it in time for my move.
