This place is unprofessional at the least they were very friendly at first then they called the cops on us I was only there to pick up a unit I won and my truck locked the keys in itself and we tried for 3 hours to unlock it my phone and purse was inside it I couldn't call out to get help they came by me 3 times this time frame and said nothing really just checking on you then finally she came out said here is a place u can call I said I can't call anyone my phone is in the truck well I got someone that was there…
Hello Melissa, our hours for auction clean out are posted when you purchase a unit for auction and all customers on site must be respectful of others. You failed to comply with both of these items.
We rented a unit for our daughter from April to August paid in full. She was going to OU. My husband found out he has cancer and then his company relocated us to South Texas so our daughter wanted to be close to us so she changed colleges then we went to get her stuff in norman and then they informed us that they would not refund us our money back they said that is there policy and they told husband when he paid it and that is a lie they did not he would not have paid them in full its a month to month rentle this…

Don’t go to this place for U-Hauls! Even if you communicate with these people after a terrible experience in general with their facility, they will still charge your card And keep your money with no grace offered whatsoever! And then laugh at you as they’re getting off the phone. Power hungry.

This facility is clean, well lit at night, and easily accessible. It fit our short term storage needs perfectly in between moves! The managers currently reside on site, so we felt extra secure knowing that someone was always there. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this storage facility. The owners run it like a family business with attention to detail. Always clean. Easy to access. Owners are easily reached and responsive to questions. Reasonable prices. Boxes and tape sold at the office. Very good experience.

Collin and Pamela are great we rented 2 of the largest climate controlled storage units onsite for almost 2 years now while we transitioned to Oklahoma and our land they had been awesome no issues they live onsite and do rounds regularly (this I know because I've been called when my lock wasn't locked all the way just so I knew the condition of my unit)👌 The place has always been cleaned and clearly they do what they say they're going to do. they live on site so rounds get done. pest control is taken care of.

I’ve used several storage companies before, but this one blew the others out of the water. They were so helpful & super friendly! You can tell they actually care about their customers. Easily one of the best storage experiences I’ve ever had!
