In their own words
DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. . These are the worst movers we have ever had. Took 3 movers 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment. They damaged numerous items and now they won’t answer our texts, emails, or phone calls. Because we paid cash they said there is no proof that they did our move even though I have a signed contract that says they are responsible for damages. They were slow and inexperienced. They dropped and broke a TV, BBQ, a recliner and a desk.
When I was looking for movers. I read the reviews and thought okay let’s give them a try. Needless to say I was very disappointed. They unloading was a problem all boxes were labeled and they just threw everything in my apartment. I have boxes that are dinted. I seen the one mover drop one of my speakers to my stereo. The gentleman I dealt with I tried explaining to him and he just did not understand what I was trying to explain to him. He was just worried about getting paid.
I'd not give them even 1 star. They take their own sweet time to move. Absolute cheats. To move a 2 bhk condo, they charged me 2000 dollars. 4 guys came and took 8 hours to move. Only 1 guy would work at a time. Avoid them at all cost. They ended up damaging few products and the house as well. In addition, they threatened me before leaving when I asked why their estimates went wrong.
We apologies for the experience . Please call our office on ([phone removed] to discuss this
They are paid for the hour so they take as long as they can. They would wrap my couch cushions then use half a roll of duct tape on them. They cause a lot of damage to my stuff and the walls of my new place. Took them a whole day to move a 2 bedroom condo. DO NOT USE THEM.
We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing our processes and training to address these issues.
