In their own words
The receptionist was extremely arrogant. I rented for 7 days and they charged me for 9 days in case of delay. I arrived on the 8th day at 9am and they refused to refund me for the 9th day, claiming it wasn't available for rent. Furthermore, they charge three times more than other places. Worst place to rent, both for lockers and trailers.
Expensive trailer rental. They charged us twice the price of the toll bridge despite our having informed them beforehand. Furthermore, the trailer wasn't inspected before our arrival, and when we told them the wheel bearing was faulty, they …
Nice place! BUT the employee or owner is stupid, condescending, arrogant, very rude, and unpleasant! I never want to have anything to do with them again. An experience to forget.
Not very recommendable. They charge $140 for short periods instead of $80 for, say, more than 6 months. I consider that an abuse, and you have to be a real jerk to do that kind of deal. Plus, the guy who answers you is pretty pushy, like, "Is it too expensive for your budget?" Hey, being smart isn't a reason to rip people off if they only need to store their stock for a short time. A truly awful place!
Hello Mr. Parent, I am surprised by your comment and sorry for the inconvenience, but I believe you are mistaken about the company you are referring to. I suggest you check your notes. We do not have $80 premises; we do have minimum monthly … More
I don't know who answered the phone, but the person was downright arrogant. Furthermore, the website advertises monthly rentals, but when you call, they require a five-month minimum. We knew exactly what size we needed, but they felt entitled to ask what we were going to put in it to determine the size we required... in short, we're paying for a rental, not a life lesson. We ended up going elsewhere.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

The owners are super friendly. The place is spotless and clean. Very well organized with everything from brooms to carts, etc. Highly recommended.
Impeccable and very clean place. The owners are friendly and pleasant to chat with. Very well managed and everything is organized. I recommend it.
Outstanding service. I recommend this place to any camper looking for a place to store their caravan during the winter.
