Subpar work, DISGUSTING behavior. DO NOT BOOK. I booked Luxury Lifters on July 2nd, 2025 for reference. First of all, they arrived late fifteen minutes after our agreed meeting time. That’s honestly alright; we’re all adults here. I can overlook that. Then, despite their lateness, they laughed at my meemaw’s Italian accent. My poor 73-year-old meemaw was close to tears, yet they continued berating her. I am her primary caretaker. This is unacceptable.

I’m writing this review to warn others about our awful experience with luxury lifters This company not only failed to deliver the basic service they were hired for, but their behavior toward my elderly parents — who are people of color — was outright disrespectful and, in my opinion, racially discriminatory.

maybe take a truck driving course because you almost completely ran me off the road. Got the license plate and will be reporting.

Z came over our house & gave us the estimate that it will take 2hrs with 2 guys and I couldn’t believe it-HE WAS RIGHT! Moving day came , the mover (Luke and Nick) were punctual (20 mins earlier than expected) . They were professional; they introduced themself; shook our hands, then got to work. They were fast & efficient! They took a variety of furnitures that seem impossible effortlessly. Thank you Luxury Lifters for giving my wife and I time back ; making our move so convenient and stress free.
Highly recommend Luxury Lifters! The day I requested a quote, their team came out, assessed the items in my backyard, and provided a highly efficient estimate. They were on-site just two days later. The crew was consistently communicative, sending updates and photos throughout the cleanup process. They were highly professional, polite, and respectful of my property. I will absolutely use their services again!
I cannot say enough good things about the Luxury Lifters crew. My wife and I were moving into our dream house, and with her being pregnant, we needed a team we could truly count on. From the moment they pulled into the driveway, any nerves we had melted away. These guys take real pride in their work, and it showed in every detail, from how they carried themselves to how seamlessly they worked together as a team.
Excellent moving company! The team was professional, hardworking, and had great attitudes from start to finish. They were flexible with our needs, handled everything with care, and got the job done efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!
