Hello Max Movers management, Me and my husband booked your movers for a move yesterday between 1-4 PM. The move yesterday was an utter display of unprofessionalism and harassment. Let me make specific points as to our experience yesterday- 1. Despite us requesting repeatedly that the building we are moving to closes service elevators at 5 PM, the movers paid no heed to it. They arrived at 3.30 PM, and made no attempt to hurry. 2.

Being referred by a friend, I was excited to hear what Might Max Movers had available for me. Unfortunately, with COVID-19 going on Jimmy took precautions with his business, being a responsible business owner. He isn't moving himself, but he personally shared who can assist me during my move. From the short time I spoke with him, he was very kind and personable. There was no rush on the phone.
