I am extremely disappointed with the security and response at this facility. My storage unit was burglarized, and approximately $73,140 worth of merchandise was reported stolen. I filed a police report with the Trenton Police Department and provided documentation regarding my reported losses. I trusted this facility with my property and paid monthly rent, including a protection plan. After such a devastating loss, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support, urgency, and assistance I have received.

Because I miss three days payment these people changed my locks!! Which had my daughter extra oxygen machine in it!!! I didn’t receive a call or text hey you owe a balance pay it or we lock your stuff up!!! So I call there emergency service and went off on them!’ Who does this to someone my daughter is now in the hospital on Christmas!!!! Shame on you guys!!! Last time you guys sent a text i paid on time!!! You guys never sent me any.

I do not see how this place has 5 stars when you have mouse eating up your stuff and every 2 days you killing a roach it’s to the point the mouse walking the halls a man had step on it and left it there he was evening upset seeing that the bathroom doors is all ways locked even when they there they make you wait to unlock the door one of the gates in the front to park up to been broke since they took over they don’t except cash never have carts take 30 minutes to find the 4 carts they do have and they be so dirty…

Ever since this company took over from the previous company they have raised prices twice in less than year. Be aware that they are affordable short term but then raise their prices dramatically throughout the year without explanation because they still have a mouse issue, and when you go to the office to speak to staff no one is there. No one answers the phone. The app glitches and fails to allow access into the storage. This place is just extremely weird.
