In their own words
They told me it would be 110 per hour for a 1 bedroom apt and would not take more than 2-3 hours. On the day of the move they were suppose to be there at 1 but ended up coming around 6pm. Since they were late, instead of 2 guys 4 guys came and said would finish the job fast without extra charge. It took them about 90 mins to move the furniture from apt to storage which was about 5 mins away. They ended up charging me 440, which is double than what it was suppose to be. I would never go with them again.
My fiance had called to schedule a moving date, the rep initially was helpful and said we pay the day of the move (which we thought was strange because how could we be sure we are locked in?). He then calls a few days before to confirm the move date and no one answers, so he leaves a message. No one calls him back, so I try to call and no response. Unfortunately, we had to go with another moving company because of this. We wish we had the same quality experience as everyone else.

Rude! Don’t believe the other reviews. We booked an estimate time for a move and when the guy arrived, we requested that he wear a mask as there are unvaccinated kids (infant and a toddler) at home. …
Actually Feroze I was not rude at all. I just explained I would not be wearing a mask . Sorry we’re not the best fit but good luck and best wishes.
I used them about a year and a half ago and had a great experience. So I did not hesitate to contact them again for my recent move. However this time was a nightmare. They showed up with a van and lawn trailer to move a 2200 sq ft townhouse, one experienced guy who worked his butt off, a new guy who has potential to be good and an older gentleman who was good at giving orders. So I basically had 1 1/2 guys moving heavy furniture.
About 8 weeks ago I Hired rite move for my mother-in-law They sent me three guys One named Kevin, one named George, one named Paul, george didn't speak must but he was doing his job with help from kevin Kevin pretty much did a lot of the work reason for me writing this review is because I was really bother by the other they had with them named Paul He was apparently under the influence of some kind of narcoticHe could barely keep his eyes open And when he was helping to move the couch into the truckA needle fell…

Rite Move helped me with a local move. I have zero complaints. Jake and his team were fast, careful, and efficient, not to mention a good group of guys. They helped me detach my refrigerator’s ice maker from its water source, and when unloading at our new home, they took it upon themselves to unwrap a queen-sized mattress that had been delivered and put it on the bed frame. A small gesture but totally unexpected. All in all. A short local move done professionally by good guys.

We could not have been happier with everything from Right Move. Danny and his team of Jake and Claudio were fantastic. On time, professional, courteous and FLEXIBLE. It was a local move to our new home, but they worked quickly and efficiently. No deposit was required and final payment was in cash. Highly recommend and would use again in a second.
