Do NOT use this company. The movers put a sizeable and permanent dent in a wall (in addition to numerous dings and scrapes). At the time the movers were very apologetic and said the company will send someone out to fix it or they would reimburse me. I wasn't upset (it happens) and still tipped the movers. Corporate on the other hand made our lives a nightmare for the past month. They refused to send someone to assess/fix the damage. They arbitrarily offered $50 without any sort of justification.
You get what you pay for. They were less expensive than others. They lost several of my things, a glass table that was a gift. They needed a proof of purchase which I did not have. Even though it was on their packing list. Never got anything back. I would not recommend them at all. For your money an belonging go to PODS.
Workers are nice enough, but the hidden fees and charges they add to your bill is just too high. Even when I told them I wanted no extra packing material used that would cost more money for the move, it was used anyway and I was charged. …
This is a real scam, stay away from it maison is a liar, a cheat and an extortionist...he operates in so many different companies trying to run the same company. Words of advice stay away

I had an excellent experience with Maison Movers, and I especially want to recognize Phillip and Louie for their outstanding work. They were professional, punctual, efficient, and handled all of my belongings with great care. Their positive attitude and teamwork made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. They worked hard from start to finish, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was moved safely and placed exactly where I wanted it.
I’ve used this company 5 times over the past 4 years. Rigo and Lucas (As well as all of the crews I have had experience with) are very courteous and careful with the furniture. And they are the only reason I am a repeat customer. However, …
Robert Chavez and his team are great!!! This is the second time I’ve move with Maison and Robert and you can’t ask for an easier move. I’m planning on moving again in three or four years and I won’t use anyone else. Thank you Robert and team!! I wanted to acknowledge Daniel and the rest of the people at Maison for being very responsive and following up on preparing for my move.
My 4th time using them and always a great experience. The team of Martin, Jerrin, and Derrick were outstanding. They were on time, respectful,and very efficient. They were very professional and took great care if our belongings. Highly recommend them especially if you get this team
