Master movers moved me from Arizona to Illinois and when I got my things. I had a lot of things broken and missing they went through my containers and took what they wanted. I am missing a jewelry that my daughter gave me. Things were broken that can't be replaced. They even took my new vacuum that was still in the box.. I wouldn't advise using this company. They were quick at packing everything ,but not at taking care of your things.

After signing the contract and it was time to move my stuff. They began loading the boxes and they decided to let me know that the price had DOUBLED. I was never told that they pay by cubic feet but by inventory. The guy that was assigned to me never answered his calls or emails so my questions were never answered. And after I gave them details and sizes of the items I had they decided to give such limited space so I could pay extra for the rest of my stuff.

The team took great care of us. Moved a 4 bedroom home locally in about 4 hours. Great care was taken throughout the entire process. Great pricing!!!! Highly recommended!!!!
I don’t usually write reviews, but Master Movers definitely earned this one. They moved my 2-bedroom apartment, and both places had stairs. I was expecting the move to take longer because of that, but the crew worked nonstop the entire time without wasting a minute. They were professional, careful, and treated all of my furniture and boxes with respect. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. What I appreciated most was their honesty.
