Calling this company is an exasperating experience! After multiple attempts over a 20 min period I finally gave up, having never haven spoken to anyone. I guess they don’t want our business as your calls go unanswered and ignored! Their call menu takes you round and round and round in circles - CALL SOMEBODY ELSE THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS!
Just don’t all around!!!! They are awful from beginning to laying finish. They are extremely dishonest and lied on multiple occasions. I will forever never use U-Haul because of this store. Go anywhere but here! Lost money, time and energy. Letting karma take this one. Sad our worlds like this. Save yourself the misery and go elsewhere.
They Charged My Credit card with Out Consent and with out Notify me leaving my balance Negative for other Auto payments.I returned to the location to dispute the money and they issued a refund that's gonna take up to 5 days to pay me my money that they took mean while I have a late fee
Rented a storage unit online and when I went by to start using it, learned that they had given it away to another customer. Manager even admitted that the individual who cancelled it did not follow process and had done this once before. …
Horrible service not sure why I was charged for 2 days on a one way trip didn’t even have trailer for 1 full day complete rip off
I paid for 24 hours but the wanted to charge me more than double to keep until 5pm. I won't be using u haul again! Rip offs!

Outstanding location and professional team. We rented one of the flatbed toy-hauler trailers. We had a reservation with another location and when we called them the morning of the rental, they did not have the equipment. U-Haul was able to find the Pomona location and they had toy-hauler trailers available. The trailer was brand new and very solidly built. We used it to tow a load to Catalina AZ. The Pomona U=Haul location is highly recommended!! Much better than the other location (hint-near the ONT airport).
Accomplish the move of furniture and personal belongings. Customer service has done a great job. I return to this location for the success I have when I pay for rental of a vehicle to move my belongings. I have returned more than once.Thank you Derek M. 04/30/2026

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Truck was clean, air conditioning super cold and all equipment worked well. Ease of renting and returning were flawless. Then the price was unbeatable. 10/10
