In their own words
Clean, spacious units, and courteous staff. Scot Harris at the Regina location is personable and professional, and although I have not met Ashish Gupta (at the White City location) in person, he has been cordial on the phone and in emails. It would be great if the location were closer to city bus routes. Other than that and the upcoming rental increase, I have been happy overall renting a unit at Make Space Storage.

Extremely pleased with Make Space so far. Originally when I called I reached a call center and was not pleased with that interaction at all and had started looking elsewhere, I then made a second call back to Make Space as I liked the location. I was put in touch with facilities manager Scot and we was amazing!! Scot is exactly what customer service should look like. He was attentive, listened to what I needed, gave me a unit that would work for my needs at an excellent price with promotion rate applied.
