Mismanaged credit card info. Charged a card on my auto pay that was over a year old and had been changed. Rude phone calls wanting to charge me late fees even though it was their fault. Frustrating.
The people were great at returning calls before I rented the storage unit and very nice at the time of rental. However, when I called 3 times over 2 days to rent the truck, they have not returned any of my calls. It is frustrating to keep calling and not get any answer nor a return call when you are counting on getting the use of the truck to move and they won't let you know if it is still available for rent.
Very poor customer service, Very dry & unfriendly with their customers. will NEVER rent from again. Very vague on their rules. Asked to speak with a manager, but that was no help.

Kathy at Mallory Station Storage was fantastic to work with. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the unit that best fit my needs. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and I felt confident that my belongings would be secure.
Kathy was exceptional with handling my needs and ensuring we had everything we needed to quickly have access to our storage needs on such short notice! Very warm and polite, customer service was excellent and I would recommend anyone that needs storage space to go with Mallory Station! Very pleased, highly recommend!
I had a pleasant experience with this business several years ago and automatically selected them to use again recently for my storage needs. Both employees who I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone without hesitation.
