- They put some pretty large dents in our stairwell wall. - They did not lock our U-Hauls in the hotel parking lot overnight with all of our belongings inside. - They were late every morning. - I asked if they could remove their shoes on the freshly cleaned carpets. They did so for a minute, but then put them back on whenever I wasn’t watching. - They lost screws to our furniture which we had to repurchase. - They were not prepared with the correct amount of packing supplies.

We used Move It or Lose It for a small, local move here in Hendersonville. They gave us a fair price, were punctual, and very efficient. Not only did Eli and Samson handle our possessions with care, they were polite, respectful, and had wonderful attitudes. This was the most pleasant and seamless move I have ever experienced. I highly recommend them!
I had an outstanding experience with Move It or Lose It from start to finish. Taylor made the consultation and pricing process simple, professional, and transparent. The communication leading up to moving day was excellent and gave me complete confidence that everything was going to be handled the right way. The moving crew, Cam, Samson, Hosea, Chase, and Eli, were absolutely fantastic.

I had the most exceptional stress free moving experience ever in life! My amazing crew of 3: John, Ben, and Alex all showed up right on time, very professional and ready to get started! They did a quick walk-through to make sure we were aligned the process and they honestly removed so much stress and anxiety for me and made the process extremely smooth. I can’t say enough great things about this crew that showed up to help me out! Extremely professional, courteous, and efficient!
