This company has fraudulent ads and fake price quotes. The reviews are not even real . They give fake estimates and they pack the truck with your stuff and at the end of the move they say you need a second truck and now the invoice becomes double the price. You now have a truck that is full and stuff still in your home.

BUYER BEWARE: the standard insurance these guys offer is a farce and will NOT adequately remedy any damage to your possessions. How do I know? Because they carelessly jammed my $5000 custom leather sofa into their truck and tore a flap off the side. Compensation is capped at $0.60 per pound PER ITEM meaning a 200-lb couch is insured for $120 REGARDLESS OF VALUE. It couldn't be repaired so I have a permanent reminder of these clowns in my living room. Oh by the way you have 10 days to file a claim.

The movers clearly could not follow instructions of placing delicate heirloom crystal wine, shot and drinking glasses as well as silverware in the requested front area of the storage unit for easy acres and attainability. Lamp shades were crushed, boxes were unlabeled , the unit was unorganized and a simple instruction to place the heirloom crystal and silverware at the front of the storage for easy access was never addressed and this client made a $1500 trip to Canada to retrieve the crystal and silverware for…

Paid $175 for them to move my $8000 upright piano. They came ill-equiped, with too few movers (by their own later admission) and consequently while moving it, cracked the bottom of the piano, bent the leg, and refuse to accommodate any adjustment in price for the move of it and in response to the insurance claim have "adjudicated" that because, by their own uninformed and arbitrary assessment, it is only cosmetic I should only receive less than half of the advertised insurance coverage per pound which totals a…

My experience with Mansa movers was horrible. I booked in advance and Give them my trust but it ended up with nightmare. My wife and I booked in advance, they even setup the price themselves. We gave them every details, our budget. To be honest I wouldn’t if we didn’t have conversation about my budget. Overcharging customer is not something I can be tolerant.We agreed $519 and I ended up paying $920, almost double. I can not recommend them to anyone unless if you want to take them to the court.
