Horrible service. Rude attitude. They don’t know what they are there to move after getting a list, and they forgot my sons basketball net during the move. Mind you the older man tried getting out of putting the beds back together several times as well. Would NEVER use this company again.

Our move took much longer than expected. We contacted them a week before and finalized 2 days before but almost cancelled because they were not available in the early afternoon. Jacqueline told my mother they could come mid afternoon. Last minute they said they could start earlier but we didn’t know soon enough so they started the allotted time. Not an hour early as they may claim. I did not confirm an early start as Jacqueline only told me about an hour and a half before that they could start early.

I would recommend Umbrella Movers to any of my friends and plan to use them again for any and all future moves for me. Jacqueline and Latif were superb, making sure that all possible scenarios were covered and thought through even before moving day. On moving day, Latif and his team showed up exactly on time, despite it being 5 AM in the morning, and were so extremely kind and easy going that they made a stressful process much less so.
