My initial interaction with Priya was fantastic—she provided great, polite, and helpful customer service. Unfortunately, everything went downhill when I received a follow-up call from the representative providing the actual quote. When I politely let him know that the quote was over my budget and thanked him for his time, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.

The company I received was not high end. Movers were almost 3 hours late, forcing myself to 75% of the moving. When the two kids showed up they required managing and consent direction to make decisions. Was promised experienced/specialized …

Originally I sent a review that I was very pleased with the help I received. However, I was promised that movers would call me and I have not heard from anyone. Very disappointed ☹️☹️. I am giving two stars only because the girl who helped me over the phone was good. However they have not lived up to their promise

TOTAL SCAM. We tried to use them to move. After taking forever to get back to us, locate movers confirm, and Corine quoted us one number only to have to movers contact us TWO days before our move and quote us more than double and now we have to scramble and find a back up option. SO DISAPPOINTED ZERO STARS

Completely INSANE pricing. Would NEVER recommend. Got estimates of $500-700 for my move, movebuddy estimate? $2300. Do not use this incompetent company. Their reply does not cover why their estimate was THREE TIMES what anyone else quoted.
