Arrived two hours late. Had a one our intermission while we waited for them to see the e-transfer I sent and then one of my two movers refused to enter my home because of a cat allergy. LMAO 😭 wow Many unprofessional actions during the process. I get why they have so many damage disclosures. Well worth the $1000 to move my bedroom and a couch 🤣
The truck they used was too small so they had to go back and forth incurring additional charges. They went to the moving location without telling us while we waited for them... A good 1/3 of the job is still to do, even after they said it would be done
SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE. First of all the sold my order to the other moving company.Truck arrived 3h before scheduled time and they were not happy they need to wait. 20 min talk between all dispach and pressure to start "as they have other customers" before they finally left. Loading things was ok-ish. They needed constant supervision though even for simple things. For some reason they prefer to remove doors to pass appliances while my doorways are perfectly fine.
They are not professional movers, they didn’t even have professional moving equipment. The reviews can’t be real. The worst moving company I’ve ever used. Extremely slow and not physically built for this type of work. They asked for more money since they were so incredibly slow and went over the initial hours quoted for a one bedroom condo. My friend and I ended up doing the majority of the work.
Today I hired Unique movers. I had a very bad experience. They crashed my $4,000 sofa and is now irreparable. I spoke to Paul to ask them to claim for my sofas damage with their Insurance, to which he said that their company was not insured and I had to bear all the damages myself. He quoted $900 for 2 men for 6 hours. But when I was billed he charged me for $2,700. Upon asking for the reason he said that the additional cost was for the extra walking distance to the loading bay and for 2 extra flights of stairs.
I sent the original message asking V for a quote and stated that I wanted it in writing to give to my daughter who was the person moving. I have reviewed dozens of phone calls text messages and emails. I have spoke to them and asked to not be contacted and still was. They are very aggressive and do not listen when asked to stop
I called several companies for a quote and decided on a different company. This company has not stopped calling me for the last three weeks. I blocked the number and they call on different numbers. Listen guys, i dont have to follow up with everyone i decided not to go with. Stop calling. Get the hint.
I had to wait from 1 pm to 6:30 for them to show up and the they charged me 700 for a one bedroom and didn't finish plus I may lose the rest of my furniture and clothes because I didn't get it out in time. Overpriced and slow in moving

From the initial consultation to the final delivery, the communication was seamless, and the movers were punctual and respectful of my time. What really set them apart, however, was their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my special requests.
