Very rude and double the price. $85 for a 5x10 unit when there competitors are $46. They would not get a 1 star from me if i could give less.
We regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience and will forward this to the team.
Beware! They have a hidden service fee for shipping that they don't have posted or tell you about. When i returned to ask the guy about it because receipt said $2 less than what was charged on my card, he got a bad attitude when i asked for an itemized statement to show his service fee so i can turn it in and get refunded from my work. When i asked as to why they don't have it posted or say anything he just told me that i don't need to come back. Really?? Because i asked about your bad business practice??

Metro Storage is an Awesome Storage place. I have rented a few different size units from them for the past 4 years. Joe, Tony and the staff are Amazing to work with and they keep their units nice and clean. I feel very safe with the gated fences and 24 hour security in place. It is kept clean all year long, mowed and trimmed during the summer and snowplowed and salted during the winter to keep all their tenants safe. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Metro Storage is a great facility. I've been using their storage for a few years now and have never had any problems. The staff is very nice whenever I do have to interact with them. The grounds stay clean and secure. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of extra storage space.

My vehicle was safe and sound as they assured me it would be. Never a single issue. Everyone who worked there that i encountered was very nice and like I said zero issues. I would use there facility again and recommend them to anyone storing a high end vehicle.
