My move was awful. Mike and Brian complained the whole time. They were both drunk. They also dropped multiple boxes. Our stuff was not properly taken care of. They complained about the boss and how he was just money hungry. I understand they were having a hard time because they had to go up and down the stairs but they were completely unprofessional. We gave them water and offered them snacks but they still complained about the job.
Wow, whoever you are you certainly are a professional at writing a bad review. As the owner of Quality Care Moving I have not received a single complaint call but two days later a company that helps remove bad reviews called me🤔🤔🤥😡 …
We used them to put all of our furniture into storage and then used them again to move into our new home. The moving guys were very nice, however a lot of our furniture was damaged. Not only is it damaged, but the owner asked us to send photos of the damages and we have yet to hear back. I have even requested an update and still no response. Our washer was dented from the dolly. All of the dressers have nickel size gashes on the tops or sides. Knobs were broken off of them. Couch was ripped.

Unfortunately this can happen when people call a bunch of movers and get the companies confused. But, we all make mistakes that is why we do request the customer to call us a day prior to the move and at anytime they have a question.

Sorry T Love that we were not able to help you and your husband. Unfortunately, we can not allow your husband to be the third mover. It's just too dangerous for the movers and your husband not to mention the insurance liability if someone were to get hurt.
My grampa used this moving company and ended up with a lot of damaged belongings. Not only that they do not respond when you try to contact them.
Sorry Nicole but I'm not exactly such if we moved your grampa or not. If we did, we can't be responsible for improperly packed boxes which is easy to do when customers realize the amount of time it takes to pack up an entire house.

Book with Joe and his team!! I have been using Quality Care Movers since 2015 for every move I have had!!! Joe is amazing! He has a great team, they are always on time, efficient and the best prices in the area 100% I have saved so much money on every move with how fast these guys are!!!! Courteous, professional, and they handle your items with care as if they were their own. My family used Joe and his team their last move and they were so happy, we will keep it going!!!

I booked this company to move my belongings in storage a week in advance, i was told they would call the day before to confirm their services. They did not call the day before and i had to call them, they confirmed that they were still coming. Two movers arrived and they were extremely friendly and nice. As i was aware before booking them that it was a 3hr minimum, i just felt that they moved extremely slow.
Moving is one of the most stressful tasks in life, and I can truly say that Quality Care Moving takes a lot of that stress off your shoulders. From start to finish, they were professional, kind, efficient, and incredibly considerate of my belongings. The team was not only hardworking and organized, but they were genuinely nice people as well, which made the entire experience that much more pleasant. I could truly go on and on about how great they were.
Joe and team exceeded all of my expectations! I’ve moved many times in my life, but this was the 1st I needed help and had to get it done quick. Not only did they do it last minute at an affordable rate, they took the time to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. They took great care of all my items and made a stressful situation actually enjoyable - even during a heavy snowfall. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate any further - you’ll be glad you went with Quality Care!
