In their own words
Amazing experience with Andrew and his crew. They moved my 6’ Schimmel flawlessly with clean moving blankets, proper straps and piano board. They took their time and new what they were doing. They were very professional and I would hire them again to make another move if necessary. They were referred by a professional tuner that tunes DSO , TCU and Kimball Museum piano’s. He’s been in business for over 18 years and has moved thousands of piano’s.
Sincere thanks for Dan Babbitt for an outstanding shopping experience at Metroplex Piano. I was in the market for a Baldwin grand and had difficulty in locating the right piano. Dan understood my criteria and found an incredible 1980 Baldwin L, and it is the piano I have always wanted. The piano looks brand new and plays beautifully. Additionally, the instrument was delivered efficiently and with care. I am amazed that Metroplex PIano provided such a high quality instrument and at an incredible price.
Best place to buy a piano. We just replaced ours after our home was destroyed. It’s a beautiful piano at a reasonable price! Thanks so much!!!
Updated on 7/25/25 Five Stars! I’ve been a loyal customer of Metroplex Piano in Plano for years, having purchased multiple Yamaha instruments from them, and my most recent experience was the best yet. I had the pleasure of working with Dan Babbitt, who did an outstanding job helping me identify the perfect Yamaha SX Grand Piano to match both my performance needs and my price point. Dan’s expertise, patience, and honest advice made the selection process truly enjoyable.
