Had move scheduled for today. Called thirty minutes after scheduled time and was told they were delayed and it would be later time. Never received follow up call. Pricing was always a something different. Very wishy washy and unprofessional. Would give zero review rating. Will be reporting this “business” to better business bureau.

We hired them to move a piano and I had to supply the truck. Everything was going great and Justin reminded the person helping not to put his hand on the top because he would break the sheet music holder. He put his hand on it and broke it. Jenny from the office assured me they would have it fixed. That was AUGUST 6! Jenny promised insurance would call, then she said they were coming by to get the piece to get a new one, Nothing! They lie and we wait.
Yes you did provide the truck and you were only charged for the piano moving fee you chose to provide the truck to save money we offered to provide the truck any mover or any moving company knows exactly how hard it is to get a piano lifted into the back of a pickup truck.
They were very responsive to my move and did a great job on 10/28. I paid “Mrs Jenni” by phone with my debit card. A big mistake! On 11/10/18, I received a charge for $200 from this company for a move in Hermitage! I contacted them right away to request s refund. All of kinds of promises for a prompt refund. Here we are on Dec 4th - still no refund after contacting them 11 times and 2 no show meetings to refund me in cash! Never ever use this company!

Words can’t describe how grateful I am of this company! Mrs Jenni in the office was super sweet and so helpful. I almost made the mistake of going through a full service company which would have costed me over $1200 easily but after speaking with Jennifer i decided to go with this company and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. The crew was very respectful, professional, experienced and super super efficient at what they do.
Im glad we could be such a big help. Anyone knows moving is one of the most stressful things we have to deal with. And we appreciate all the deferrals you have sent our way and for taking the time out of your already busy schedule to leave us such a sweet review. Thanks again!
Justin and Jacob were amazing movers!!! They worked really hard, moving three bedrooms down a flight of stairs, plus a few other large pieces up some stairs!! Relocating is never easy, but these guys were friendly and took very good care of our furniture. They took especially good care of my grandfather clock! All items were wrapped and padded and they assembled the beds at our new location. I highly recommend Mid Tn Movers, they are great at their job!
Me and my mother were in a pinch to unload our huge UHAUL up to the 3rd floor of our new apartment about 6:30 at night. I got online and found Mid TN Movers. I called and that same nite Justine and his crew came through like warriors and tackled our heavy load like champs. I’m so grateful and thankful for them. They did a great job in a timely manner. I most definitely recommend this company. Thanks guys for your hard work. Also a huge thank you to Jennifer for her great customer service with setting us all up.

Best company EVER! Miss Jenni in the office was just as helpful as it gets, her crew Justin and Anthony were the so professional, efficient, and just the most friendly people I have meet in a long time. They took care of everything I needed done exactly the way I wanted it, if not better and I wasn't even able to be at the house with them due to my wife having our daughter.
