Flawless shopping experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, attentive service, good selection of products at fair prices. Delivery was right on time, quickly completed and fully hooked up my washing machine so it was ready to use. This was an A+ experience all around.
Everyone who works here is great. We seen our sofa and they were very helpful ensure it fit down to our basement before delivering. Something we never would have thought of before selecting a a sofa. They are not the pushy sales people more like a family affair. The delivery guys are careful, their strong point is moving furniture down tricky basements. I am more than happy with my choice, the sales team and delivery service they provided. Thanks Bob and team.
I have been a long time customer since my first purchase of furniture. I only shop for furniture at Midwest on Main exclusively they are my furniture go to! Bob & the team go above and beyond from the moment you walk in till delivery top notch customer service all the way! I highly recommend them they also have a hidden gem: the basement!
