They were unprofessional, kicked our stuff. Hurt themselves. They sent two people who were only on their second day. It took an unreal amount of time as well. Cost us 3000 with tip. They damaged walls, like really smashed them, and broke …

Not happy with my recent experience. I lost my bin of power tools. Head office is great, quick to respond but can’t Do anything for me. I suggest to take pictures of what you got, so devastated. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
We understand the frustration of missing items, we do have policies and process in place to avoid such cirucumstances. More often then not we have found missing items wind up in rooms they’re not expected to be in.
What started out as a move that was basically across the street turned into a $1200 experience. I had everything packed was set with 2 movers and was told it would be cheaper if I went with 3 movers.I wasn't told that after a certain time I would be charged every 15 minutes. My movers were great guys,don't get me wrong,but time that I paid for was spent smoking,talking about gaming and gaming consoles.

Today was a very unfortunate day. I had previously booked with Kate May 17th to move from the rental house I rented for a year when I first moved to Grand Prairie. To the house I purchased since then. I initially asked for May 18th she offered me May 17th or May 20th in return. I opted for May 17th. I have paid a deposit, I have sent photographs of my furniture and had taken a day off work. I work oilfield nowhere near where I live so this is not as easy as taking a day off in town.

Unfortunately, our experience with this moving company was disappointing from beginning to end. The damage to our belongings (table, lamps, dresser & toaster over) was frustrating, but it was honestly only one part of a much larger issue. Throughout the booking process there were repeated communication problems and miscommunications with the sales team. Our move date was bumped without any notice, leaving us scrambling and ultimately moving approximately 90% of our home ourselves before the movers even arrived.

I was waiting to see how this company dealt with my broken tv before I did this review. I was told by the manager Dave so long as my TVs were wrapped by them that they would be covered if they were broken. If we wrap them ourselves they would not be covered. They did not bring the appropriate size boxes for the TVs that I told them we had. They wrapped them in boxes that were smaller and did not fit.
Beware, this moving company is seriously the worst moving company we have ever used. They were late, incompetent workers. Damaged alot of personal items, did damage to our new home. Ungrateful company who offered us a payment of $140 for …

This is the third time using this company.They were punctual,efficient,had no damage to items.I would absolutely use them again.
I had Andre and David as my move out crew and let me tell you, they provide quick, professional service. Before the start of moving process, David made sure nothing was left out for the move itself and Andre followed through. I was listened to and they ensured the loading and unloading process went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Thank you both for helping me. 100000% highly recommend. They were good and knowledgeable. They were also very friendly which helps when you are worried about seeing all your stuff being first put into the truck and then into the storage unit. You could tell that they cared to make sure they didn't break anything.
