We had half of our belongings stolen from here and when we asked at the office to check their cameras we were shocked to know that the camera monitoring our row of storage lockers did not work for an undisclosed amount of time. They defended their claim to operating a secure and monitored facility that they were only required to have one working camera to claim the property was monitored and that it was a store at your own risk. They went on to imply that as far as they knew we could have stolen our own items.
David, We disagree with your comments. The comments you mentioned are not accurate.
One star is far to many. If you want to store anything you care about, don't do it here. You would have less water damage and rodents in your stuff if you left it in a ditch.
New payment set up is tough for the people who dont have credit cards or virtual debt especially if your in out of service areas alot

Keenan is the head of this professional family owned and family friendly business. He tailored a storage unit specifically for my California gem to keep it showroom ready for drives in the summer. Instead of overcharging me for a basic unit he went out of his way to give me a price that was fair. I recommend to anyone looking for a safe, very secure, professionally kept location to store their cherished possessions.
Had a great experience renting my storage unit from these guys, rented for over a year and no complaints. Keenan and his team go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and satisfied. Very professional people along with some nice units for all your stuff! Would recommend to everyone looking for easy, and affordable storage.
Mini mall helped me when I was in a really tight squeeze ! I was worried I was going to lose all my things there were no units around in my area ! Staff was really helpful in a really emotional moment.
The lockers are easily accessible but the grounds are all gravel so all the dust gets inside the locker making everything in the locker full of dust
