Minute Men Movers

I hired Minuteman Movers to load a POD for a cross‑country move, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The movers did not wrap any of my furniture. When I questioned them, they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem as long as the POD was packed that same day. That turned out to be completely wrong. When the PODs were opened four months later, every single piece of furniture was damaged — every piece.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. We spoke twice over the phone about price and location of the move then through text. We confirmed the price two weeks before we were scheduled to move and then confirmed the dates. I then texted him to confirm the time a week prior. He confirmed for the following weekend the time and date. It is now an hour and a half after the window they have we called they said we cancelled and discussed a distance few over the phone which we have not talked about once.

I finally got to unpack all my things I still had in my moving boxes. This company "Minute Men Mover's" stole a very very beautiful original and very old picture of Jesus on the Mount. This picture here doesn't even compare to my picture. …

My husband and I were pretty disappointed, and I would even say shocked by our experience with this company. 1. They called my husband the night before our move and told him their truck had broken down, so they would have to use 2 trucks. Usually one would think, that a company would cover the expense difference for a mishap like this - but we were expected to absorb the upcharge. 2. The owner and his main guy, spent more time bickering with one another then working respectfully and operating as a team. 3.

They are “No Shows “! If I could give a zero review I would. They are not even worthy of a one star. A week before my move we talked over the phone and confirmed the day and time. He said I did not need to put down a deposit. I said, I hope you show up. He said he would never do that. That’s not how he runs his business. I received an email stating move was confirmed with the date and time. Expectation was that it was all set. The night before they left me a message that I should call them.

Wish I could give -100 to this company! The owner Greg is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever encounter in my life. He canceled on a vulnerable adult 2hrs before the move. Stay far away from this shady company!! They will cancel on you few minutes before your move. The most Unreliable Company!!

This company was moving my neighbors in rather loudly at 11:30pm on a Tuesday night. When I went over to ask if they would be done soon so my family and I could sleep, one of the employees was rude and muttered that he "can't believe the nerve of some people."

The movers were tired and not careful with boxes marked fragile. The furniture was protected with padding, which caused much damage to wood items. The owner is harassing and uses bully techniques.
