Your driver just drove dangerously, disrespectful on a private road in Elk River. He must have been late or is that how your company works. This is a private gravel road, owned and maintained by it's residents. There are speed limits signs posted, which were grossly ignored by him. Nice to see your employees selling your company while speeding thru a neighborhood...Now that's good business.

Unorganized and unresponsive staff - not helpful and they do not follow through. It was like pulling teeth to get an actual quote with a breakdown of pricing. I still do not have a quote after weeks of calling, texting, and emailing requesting it. I finally gave up. Don't waste your time here. Also, if you are not a senior citizen, they will treat you differently. Look elsewhere for prompt service with transparent pricing, Rose's Daughters is just not it.

Many issues. My Mom is 97 and so many problems, most apparently minor to Rose's Daughter, but to my Mom added up to a very stressful move. When I called to ask for help or report issues I was left feeling like they didn't care. I was told to talk to appartment manager. We were so hopeful this would be great, but it was not. Ellen
This company was recommended to us by our estate sale professionals. Unfortunately my inquiry regarding services and availability have gone unanswered for 22 days, 21 if we take out Labor Day. Tough to trust them when we can't get a call back or response to the inquiry made through their website.
Driver cut me off on a busy road during a very obvious zipper merge, then flipped me off. Not professional, very disappointing.

The movers were very easy to work with. They packed everything very carefully. I liked the fact they would still move items we hadn’t contracted for and they were very reasonable about the extra cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wanted a seamless move in.

Took care of all the details of the unpack including meeting the movers at the apartment. By the end of the day, the apartment was clean and it looked like she’s lived had lived there for weeks or even months. Everything in its place and nicely displayed.
