In their own words
They threw away over $10,000 of my things. Cloths, perfume, bedding, pictures, all my books, my video games, collectibles, medications, jewelery, my bank full of money, many, many personal belongings. Also electronics and family keepsakes. They lied to me about it and would not let me participate or be in the rooms. They told me all my things were packed and told me that the drawer that I kept only medicine in for 10 years contained no medicine. They just flat-out lied to me and did not treat me very well.

These people broke things and got rid of important stuff. They were not kind and did not communicate with me about what to keep. Not a good company and not “gentle”.
Hello Tanya, This is the second "one star review" we received, both at the same time last night and both from names of people that have not been our clients. We are wondering if you are confusing us with another company.
What a horrible experience! I do not recommend them at all! They left behind so much of my things, like my drapes! They just stuffed things into cupboards and closets with no organization at all. I finally got my kitchen organized with paid help only to discover my precious recipe box with all my recipes is missing! And other kitchen items, too. I paid nearly $ 4,000.00 for their services. Not worth it! Try a different company for helping seniors!

Submitted requests for consultation. No responses from the local Minneapolis office. They may be short of staff but it does not change the fact that they seem inadequate and unresponsive.

Amazing service! Communication was excellent and everyone was so friendly. We were in a bit of a time crunch but it was no sweat to them. My father passed earlier this year, and my mother moved to an assisted living facility. This left us with a house full of a lifetime’s clothes and possessions. Mom wants the house sold, and it would have taken me a year or so to prepare it. My dad’s hospice provider recommended wellrive for their move to assisted living. While I was unable to engage wellrive for the move due to the rapid scheduling we needed, It did make me aware of them, so I engaged them to do a home clean out.
