I recently used this moving company and had a very disappointing experience. During the move, the cushions to my couch were stolen off the back of the truck, which is extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the lack of follow up. I was told that someone would contact me to resolve the issue, and I gave them a few days out of courtesy, but no one ever reached out. I’m very disappointed and upset with how this was handled.
This whole company needs to be shut down immediately. I will be in touch with the BBB. They charge too much and they took over $700 cash from me and outsource the remaining balance to a little rinky dink moving company in the area I wanted my stuff to be moved to. The movers were amateur and knew nothing about packing and setting things up to utilize as much space as possible inside the van.

I can’t say enough good things about Mission Movers. They handled the entire process of packing, moving, and unloading our home, and they exceeded every expectation. The crew was incredibly professional, polite, and respectful of both our belongings and our home. Communication was excellent from start to finish, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. What really stood out was their efficiency—they worked quickly without ever sacrificing care or attention to detail.
Pablo, Manny and Eli were on time, worked quickly and were kind. I moved from a 3 story dwelling to a two story house. Nothing was a problem to move or set up. It was also such a cold day and they worked with a smile. Thank you Mission Movers, I highly recommend !!!
Mission Movers actually made moving enjoyable. A few days after a snow storm they moved me from one apartment to another (both walk ups) like it was nothing. From dealing with neighbors who wouldn't move their car to shoveling a path to the apartment door, they went above and beyond what I would expect from movers. They were careful with my things, speedy, and genuinely great guys - the trifecta when it comes to moving. Coordination was easy and pricing was incredibly reasonable and transparent.
We had a lovely experience with Mission Movers. We just had a large move from Philly to Richmond VA and they did a phenomenal job! Everyone was so kind, efficient, and communicative and they treated our items with care. We had a fully furnished 3 bedroom townhome and they were able to move everything out of our home in Philly, drive our things down, and unload in VA all in one day. We have hired two other local Philly movers in the past, but I would hands down recommend Mission movers over the others we have used!
