The rating breakdown
1 of the 43 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for ML Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 43 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Redwood City
About the same as the middle of the 7 listings in Redwood City we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
Company doesn't seem to be operation. Movers license appears to be revoked. Used website to book move and never heard back from them.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Jorge and Carlos were exceptionally professional. They arrived on time and quickly prepped all the furniture for transport. They were exceptionally careful with moving everything and handled the entire move efficiently. I would recommend using them.
Thank you very much we really appreciate it
These guys rock! Moved me today from a 1br to a 2br in under 3 hours at a very reasonable price. I had an electronic piano that I was nervous about, which they moved seamlessly. They even helped assemble some of my furniture in the extra time. And they were courteous and respectful even in the chaos of my old place. Highly recommend!
Thanks Caroline for taking your time to write this!
We’ve used ML Movers twice this year. Both times they’ve provided exceptional service. Easy scheduling, responsive, and punctual. The team was efficient and took great care of our belongings. I plan to use them for any future moves and highly recommend!
Thank you for the comment Courtney!!
Bottom line: Everything about my experience with this company was great. 3 months after moving into our new home, half the house was still piled with boxes, and there were piles of boxes and furniture still outside as well. It was overwhelming, so I called ML Movers to help me move as much as possible into a storage area on our property, and clear out all the rooms, and stack the boxes on a patio area in a more organized way so I could begin to deal with it.
We appreciate the comment!!
